Three Services, Each Designed Around Your Needs
Payung Adil offers three distinct services for different situations. Whether you are starting to understand your pension, dealing with a delay or dispute, or putting long-term protections in place, there is a service suited to where you are.

How We Approach Pension Matters
Every client arrives with a different situation and a different level of familiarity with pension systems. We begin by listening and asking straightforward questions before offering any view. This ensures advice is relevant to your particular circumstances rather than general.
For matters that require action — claims, appeals, or formal arrangements — we set out a clear process in writing before any work begins. Fees are stated, timelines are discussed, and next steps are agreed together.
Listen and Understand
We begin with your situation, not a standard script. What do you know, what are you unsure about, and what outcome would be most useful?
Review and Explain
We examine the relevant records and entitlements, then explain what we find in plain terms. A written summary follows every session.
Act on Your Decision
If you choose to proceed further, we move carefully and keep you informed throughout. There is no pressure to decide in the room.

Written Engagement Letters
Before any work begins, we provide a written engagement letter setting out the scope, the fee, and what will happen at each stage.
Proactive Updates
We contact clients with progress reports at agreed intervals. You will not need to phone us for basic status information.
Conflict-Free Practice
We carry out conflict checks before accepting each matter to ensure we can act fully on your behalf without competing interests.
Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Records are stored securely and not shared without consent.
Honest Assessment
If a matter appears unlikely to produce a positive outcome, we say so. We do not encourage clients to proceed with uncertain prospects simply to generate fees.
